Cost Plus Construction Referral Partner Agreement
This Agreement is entered into by and between Cost Plus Construction (“CPC”) and the undersigned Referral Partner(“Partner”) as of the Effective Date set forth below.
1. Program Purpose
CPC offers this Referral Partner Program to reward individuals and organizations for referring qualified construction clients. The intent is to create mutually beneficial relationships that help CPC grow its client base while providing Partners with ongoing commission opportunities.
2. Referral Fee Structure

Initial Referral: Partner will receive a 2% commission of the total collected revenue on the first job completed with a newly referred client, provided the job value exceeds $10,000.

Ongoing Residuals: Partner will receive a 1% commission on the collected revenue of any subsequent jobscompleted with that same client, each of which must also exceed $10,000.
3. Payment Terms
Referral commissions are only payable after:
- The referred job is fully completed;
- CPC has received full payment from the client;
- A 30-day clearance period has passed following job completion to account for any disputes, chargebacks, or post-project adjustments.
- Commission payouts are issued on a monthly basis, for all qualifying jobs that cleared the 30-day period in the prior month.
4. Referral Submission & Tracking

Referrals must be submitted through CPC’s official process at www.CostPlus.net/Referral.

Referred leads must be clearly identified as originating from the Partner at or before the time of first contact with CPC.

If multiple parties claim a referral, CPC will determine who receives credit at its sole discretion.

CPC maintains final authority on whether a referral qualifies under this program.
5. Job Eligibility
- Only construction jobs with a total value exceeding $10,000 will qualify for referral commission under this agreement. Jobs below this threshold are not eligible for referral compensation.
- Jobs under this threshold are not eligible for referral compensation.
6. Term & Termination
- Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice.
- All qualified referrals submitted prior to termination will be honored per the terms of this agreement.
7. Independent Contractor Status
- Referral Partner is acting as an independent contractor and not as an employee, agent, or representative of CPC.
- No employment relationship or benefits are implied or created by this agreement.
8. Miscellaneous
- This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
- This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.
