Pushing the Limits of Construction: CPC Leadership Takes the Next Step with EOS
At Cost Plus Construction, we’ve always believed in doing things differently. From transparent pricing to quality craftsmanship, our mission has been to raise the standard in the construction industry. Now, we’re raising the bar again—this time from the inside out.
Last week, our leadership team—myself, Adam Metzler, and Elijah Randall—had the opportunity to meet with Richard Drake, who is now officially a certified EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) trainer. The session was both energizing and eye-opening.
For those unfamiliar, EOS is a proven framework used by thousands of successful companies to clarify their vision, gain traction, and build healthy, high-performing teams. It’s not just about business operations—it’s about creating alignment, accountability, and momentum across the entire organization.
Why It Matters
In the construction world, systems are often an afterthought. But that’s where we’re different. At CPC, we’re treating construction like a real business—one that’s scalable, efficient, and built to last.
This session with Richard reinforced what we’ve been working toward: running our business with intention, structure, and purpose. And more importantly, it helped us see the blind spots and growth opportunities we might otherwise miss while buried in the day-to-day.
What’s Next
We’re more excited than ever about what’s ahead. With the right team, the right systems, and the right mindset, we’re not just remodeling homes—we’re reshaping how the construction industry operates.
And we’re just getting started.
Stay tuned.
