2. Next, you’ll receive an email from JobTread.com — please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the platform.
3. You’ll also receive an email from Melio.com to set up your payment information. This is the service we use to process and track all invoices.
4. All invoices must be submitted by Sunday at midnight each week, or they will be delayed by one week. Please email invoices to: billing@CostPlus.net
5. You will also need to complete a W9 form, which you can download here: W9 Form
6. At the bottom of this page, you’ll find a link to upload your completed W9 and a copy of your general liability insurance.
