Launch of our latest company, Cost Plus Construction!

Hey everyone! I’m excited to announce the launch of our latest company, Cost Plus Construction!

My team and I are ready to serve the greater Houston area with all of their construction needs, whether it’s for real estate investments, rentals, flips, apartments or personal residences.

We have a new model to the construction industry that involves transparency and a ‘cost-plus’ pricing model. We believe this approach will serve our clients better than ever before, by giving them clear and fair pricing for their projects.

Some of you know we’ve offered construction services over the years through my previous company, Rent Ready Contractors, as well as Invest Home Pro, which was great, but I decided to take some time off from this part of the business to focus on building a new team and refining and improving our approach to construction for internal reasons and mainly, to provide a better construction experience for our clients.
