We are a house flipping company and we have a unique opportunity for a responsible individual to live in a property we're currently renovating for basically free ($1 per month and no strings attached).
The Details:
– Location: Northeast Houston, Texas [location will be disclosed after interview process & approval]
– Duration: 30, 60, or 90 days (potential for future stays in other properties)
– Cost: $1 per month
– Perks: Free rent, utilities included
What You’ll Get:
– Access to a private bedroom and bathroom in a home currently being remodeled (almost complete)
– Free rent and utilities during your stay
– The possibility to move to other properties as we continue flipping homes in the area, offering free rent in exchange for helping to keep our homes secure
What We Ask of You:
– Bring your own bedroom furnishings and make the space your own.
– Sleep at the property every night to provide a secure presence.
– Be available to vacate the property for 20-30 minutes during any real estate showings (we’ll always give advance notice).
– Sign a $1 per month lease agreement.
– Sign a waiver prior to moving into home
Who Should Apply:
– Only one person (no roommates or couples)
– A responsible and dependable individual who can commit to sleeping at the property nightly
– Someone comfortable with brief periods of relocation if other properties become available
