Brant has been a real estate entrepreneur for over 15+ years now and has worn many hats. While he’s most commonly known for some of his accomplishments as a real estate investor (he’s flipped hundreds of homes, owns a large portfolio of mixed assets including Commercial, Mobile Home Parks, RV Parks and multiple land developments), business coach and speaker, many people don’t realize that Brant has been running a construction company for well over a decade that has completed well over 1,000 projects for his various companies, partners and a handful of clients.
During this time, Brant has put together a team of trusted contractors (many have been working with Brant for well over a decade) that have proven themselves trustworthy, reliable and capable to perform quality work in their respective trades. Brant has also heard an incredible amount of contractor ‘horror stories’ from friends and other investors over the years and those stories are what led him to launch the Cost Plus Construction Company.
Brant’s vision was to create a way for others to have access to trustworthy and reliable contractors with honest and fair pricing. Another way to put it, “this company is very similar to an Angi’s List model, that we are only utilizing contractors that I have personally used myself. These are guys that I know and trust to work on my projects, so that’s the testing ground so to speak so we can make sure they’re a good fit for other customers as well. Beyond his professional accomplishments, German finds joy in his personal life as a devoted husband and loving father to his young child. When he’s not overseeing construction projects, you’ll often find him on the soccer field, indulging in his favorite pastime.
German’s long standing partnership with Brant Phillips, the founder of our company, spans over 15 years. Together, they have forged a great team dedicated to excellence, innovation, and client satisfaction. Fyme is an experienced bilingual operations and customer support professional with over seven years of experience in construction administration, billing, banking and finance, logistics coordination, and customer service. He excels at managing administrative processes, supporting project operations, resolving client concerns, and coordinating with teams in both English and Spanish. Known for his strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to exceptional customer service, he helps keep projects running efficiently while delivering a positive experience for clients and team members alike.

We work to obtain construction labor and materials at the markets lowest possible prices and only charge fair and reasonable mark-ups (aka: No price gouging). We also provide our customers with weekly spending reports to show exactly what costs have occurred for materials and labor so there are no surprises in regards to pricing.
